We’ve had an exciting and artistic day over at York Racecourse with a behind-the-scenes photo shoot to capture some of the food and facilities that our great venue has to offer.

Yorkshire commercial photographer Olivia Brabbs captures a mix of subjects – people, places, food, experiences and products – to help lifestyle, food, hospitality and manufacturing brands tell their story, and we engaged her services to help capture our 2026 range. Along she came with her mesmerising bag of equipment and trickery, to spend time with the food and beverage team taking stock of our flexible meeting rooms set for cabaret-style team training, a boardroom meeting and a theatre style presentation complete with refreshment and lunch stations too.
We’ve got a range of delegate options starting from just £32.55, we offer a selection of homemade mini filled sandwiches of fantastic focaccia and ciabatta baguette from our core lunch offer and served with hot fries and sauces. Who wouldn’t tempted by a fresh and colourful caprese salad, heritage tomatoes, mozzarella, torn basil and pesto mayo, or perhaps sliced turkey, streaky bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, lemon pepper mayo, or some Yorkshire beef and roasted red pepper?
We’ve got a tempting list of extras too from tasty hot fork food with side dishes, and warm bite size savouries, salads and fruits, to homemade freshly baked cookies and cake from our very own patisserie chef Hannah.
Off to the brochure designer the images go, and we hope the pictures tell our story.
